Jay Mathis Horne was borne in December of 1980 in Jackson, Mississippi, the second son of James and Martha Horne. In the early 1980’s his parents would move to Florida where they would bare his sister Jillian Mae. The Horne family stayed close to Tampa, FL up through the better part of the 1990’s in their home on Lutz Lake Fern road.
Jay’s father worked with Amoco Oil, owning five stations of his own up until the late 1990’s when they would move to Nashville, TN.
During the early teen years of his life Jay wrote Published Youth Volume one and two but would not get them into circulation until late in the 2000’s when he began self publishing his own work. Jay’s teen years were riddled with unexpected moves and changes in lifestyle..............
